Range openings for practice are announced via the biathlon email list. Use of the biathlon range in Kincaid Park is allowed only during official openings when a certified Range Safety Officer is present. Certified Range Safety Officers are needed to open the range weekends or mid-week evenings. Please email Rick McClure or call 345-6988 as far in advance as possible to schedule your range openings.
