RACE and VENUE DETAILS

The Lynx Loppet is a pursuit race where teams may enter 7 varsity boys and 7 varsity girls.  Other skiers race as JV and there is no limit to the number of skiers.

Concessions and Loppet T-shirts are available for sale by the Dimond Booster Club.

The Kincaid Chalet has other events going on during this time and will be off limits to teams.

Spaghetti Feed for Everyone Friday!

The Dimond boosters along with AMH are hosting a spaghetti feed Friday night Dec. 11th after the
race for those teams/athletes interested. It will approximately start at 6:00p and wrap-up around
8:00p. The cost is $7 an athlete. Each athlete will receive a raffle ticket at the door for prizes
donated by AMH to be handed out during the feed. It will be held at Dimond High's Cafeteria. It is located inside the main school doors past the gym through the commons..

Please let Nate Normandin (email below) know if you plan on bringing your team to the feed by 5:00p Tuesday December 8th.

WAXING AREAS:

All teams can wax in the Bunker and every team is responsible for cleaning up their area. All ski teams should bring extra garbage bags. ALSO, this is for all teams to use so please avoid congregating and loitering ins die the bunker.

Note, Friday's race is fully lighted (since race starts at 1:30 pm and will be ending at dusk/dark.

AWARDS

The Awards will be given after the last race on Saturday. All skiers need to stay for this. Awards will be given to the top 10 overall male and female skiers in both the varsity and junior varsity categories. Team awards will be given to the top three teams in both varsity female and male races.
