NSAA has a cozy A-frame cabin available to rent to its members. The cabin is located in the historic community of Hope, just a short drive from Anchorage. There is year round fun close by on the Resurrection Trail, Gull Rock Trail, and the Palmer Creek area. Great location to gather friends and family for outdoor fun.

Cost: Current NSAA members only - $40 per night

A generous, long-time volunteer Golda Whittaker donated this cabin to the Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage at the time of her death.
The cabin is 16’ by 16’ and comfortably sleeps 4 or 5. The first floor has two padded bench seats that double as beds, a wood stove, propane lantern and two burner Coleman stove and table for four. There is an upstairs loft, accessible by a sturdy ladder. The cabin has a covered porch, a clean outhouse and plenty of firewood.  Cabin is located on a quiet road on a wooded ½ acre lot. You can drive right to the front door.

We suggest you bring food, sleeping bags, propane and drinking water.  Check the online calendar to see when it is available, then call or email the office to reserve it. Stop by the office the week before your rental to get the key and directions. Payment is due at that time.
