FOUND anything out on the trails, parking lot or races?

4/4/09 Gloves Found Sat. 4-4-09 in Turnagain Pass ski parking lot.  Appeared to have been placed on the top of car and blew off. Describe gloves to weilb@gci.net

3/9/09 Small digital camera half-way between Prospect Heights and Glen Alps trailheads. Camera has pictures of kids and adults with sleds. One child is wearing a Junior Nordic hat. Contact smcleary@yahoo.com to claim.

3/8/09 TOUR OF ANCHORAGE One Rossi x-um ski pole, very long, lent to skier on course, left in timing building, now located in NSAA office.  Call 276-7609, or contact nsaa@alaska.net.  We are located at 203 W 15th, corner of 15th and C, above camera store.  Please claim, looks like a nice pole!  And you were very kind to lend it to a stranger who had broken his pole.

2/28/09 Hatcher Pass to Willow Tour: Several sets of ski boots, a nice turtle fur ski hat, and a small ski bag  at the NSAA ski club office.  They are located at 203 W. 15th Ave. #204 and their office phone is 276-7609.  Their hours of operation are 10 to 5 Monday through Friday.

2/22/09 After the Sven, ski bag marked KC Becker with skis and poles, turned into the chalet.  Identify to claim.

2/22/09 After the Sven, white Williams/Pia's hat with blue headband inside, turned into the chalet - right after someone had asked about it and left ... so check again!

2/22/09 After the Sven, light green Bula headband, turned into the chalet.

12/13/08 - HS Race - Left in bunker and outsid - Skis, coat, many gloves/hats, shoes, some warm up pants (not school oriented). Contact Dimond coach, Nate Normandin at Dimond High if these are yours.

3/24/09 My son lost one red & white Lill Sport size 6 racing glove the first time worn! Please call 344-3280 if found. Probably dropped out of car at lower parking lot-Kincaid. Thanks, Celia

2/15/2009 - Hickok Persuit
I lost two pairs of racing skis and two pairs of blue Star poles outside the bunker. The Classic pair are Solomon and have "Valaas3" written on them. The Skate pair are Fischers (187's?) and should have "Patrick Stinson" written on them. Both have solomon pilot bindings. Call Patrick 907-350-2370 or email patrickkidd@gmail.com.

1/12/09 - Lost at Chugiak Race: One black swix pole w/yellow lettering and duct
tape with "Metzger" written on it.  Also, dark blue polar fleece glove with it.  Lost during C Boys race. Please call 346-3449 if found.

1/12/09 Chugiak HS Race I have 2 athletes that lost Swix warm-up pants (full side zippers).  One picked up another person’s pair and returned them to the lost and found at the race.  One of the pairs had an I-pod in the pocket.  Both pairs of pants were sitting next to Dimond jackets at the start line.  If you happen to find an athlete who picked up a pair that was not theirs, can you please let me know. 12/21/08 During the December 21 Besh Cup #2 at Chugiak High School, I lost a maroon and gray ski bag. It was empty except for a few ski ties inside. The name "Falcone" is on it. If found, please e-mail ski4song@gmail.com or phone 346-3920.

12/26/08 I lost a black pair of black craft ski pants, probably a size medium, outside the Stadium Tunnel at the start of the Lekish trails. This all occurred between 10.30 and 11.50, Friday the 26th of December. They were placed on a tree/bush but could have blown on to the trails as it was windy that day. Please help.... it's cold out!

12/20/08 ost at Kincaid Stadium after Besh #1 race on Dec 20 REI fanny pack, dark blue and black.  Water bottle, camera, maybe sun glasses inside.  Left north of Rossignol wax tent near stadium scoreboard. If found please call Rick Rogers, 223-8028.

12/6/08 High School Cross Country Ski Meet, Saturday at Service High School.
Ski bag-dark blue with red ends and red ties-with two pair of skiis and poles.  Didn't make it back on the West High bus. Name on skiis and poles is McGownd-being used by our exchange student. Please call Judy at 240-6792 or 276-8052 if you have any information about or have this bag of skiis.

11/1/08 Lost: We lost our ski bag out of our accidentally unclosed rocket box 11/1/08  on the way to Hatcher's Pass. It is a red LL Bean ski bag with 2 pair XC skis and poles.  The name tag says "Peter Johnson".  We lost it around 9 am between Merrill Field and the Weigh Station on the Glenn Highway.  Please contact Anna at 575-7547 if you have any information!
