The Westmark Anchorage Hotel is very proud to be one of the sponsors for this year’s event here in Anchorage, Alaska. I wanted to take the opportunity to remind you all that if you have not yet made your reservations for yourself or your athletes, there are still rooms available at the special event rate of $79.00 per room per night. The hotel is offering a wax room each day for your use, and we have finalized a meal plan for you and your teams. Breakfast and Dinner Buffets will be available to you and your athletes each day in our main dining area and box lunches can be made for your pick-up on race days as long as you put in your order ahead of time. Attached is a Word document that gives details on the meals being offered every day. The Breakfast Buffet is $12 per person, Box Lunches are $10 per person and the Dinner Buffet is $23 per person. These prices are inclusive of gratuity. I have also attached a hotel information document.
