Alaska, meet America’s top nordic skiers. World, meet the elite sprinters, skate and classical skiers who will comprise Team U.S.A. at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Around 500 competitors are expected to hit the snow at nationals, the most important domestic
races of the season. Nationals will take place in Anchorage, providing a perfect tune-up for Americans preparing for the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver. Kincaid Park is set just above sea level and has a makeup similar to the Olympics’ Nordic venue. Nationals will also help U.S. coaches determine who makes the U.S. Olympic team.

The Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage, Inc. and the Municipality of Anchorage are pleased to host the 2010 USSA US Championships. We look forward to sharing our great facilities and world-class trail system in Kincaid Park with the athletes, coaches and families here in Anchorage, Alaska January 2-8, 2010.
