Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing all business-related aspects of NSAA
- Assuring organization’s compliance with permit, contract and insurance regulations
- Crafting the annual budget, integrating a diverse array of programs and revenue sources into one cohesive, organization-wide budget
- Running payroll for a seasonally variable staff ranging in size from 7 to 115 employees
- Bookkeeping and managing financial records
- Generating financial reports and reporting financial information to staff and Board of Directors
- Maintaining HR best practices when hiring and onboarding staff
- Supporting staff with grant opportunities and fundraising
Necessary skills:
- Proficiency with Quickbooks desktop
- Comfort with a range of applications including: Microsoft office products, Google applications: Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs & Google Sheets, Video conferencing (i.e. zoom)
- Problem solving and self direction
Salary Range: $40-$50k DOE
